Khloe Kardashian's Ways to Cope with Stress during WFH
Actress and entrepreneur Khloe Kardashian admitted that she was quite stressed during her time working from home or WFH. The younger brother of Kim Kardashian feels that his WFH days made him more prone to stress because of the difficulty of dividing his time between work and taking care of his two-year-old son, True Thompson.
However, Khloe Kardashian has her own way to maintain her mental health, namely by exercising.

"For me, exercising is a big part of my life. It can clear my mind and make me feel stronger," Khloe told People.
It's not just a matter of maintaining ideal body proportions, the star of Keeping Up With The Kardashian explained that fitness helps him relieve stress and relieve anxiety.
"Exercise is a stress reliever. Sometimes I feel anxious, but exercise can eliminate all those feelings. My main focus is not about losing weight, I don't care about the scale as long as I can be more eager to pay more attention to my daughter," he explained .
